Business Planning

Organisations who do not have a meaningful and readily understood Business Plan are rather like ships at sea without a rudder. You are at the mercy of the wind and tides.

“If you don’t know where you are going then the chances are you’ll end up somewhere else”  (Peter Drucker)

Now the ‘somewhere else’ may turn out to be fine. On the other hand it may not!

So what are the potential results of not having a Business Plan?

• Lack of direction within the organisation.
• Inability to prioritise.
• Poor communications.
• Lack of motivation.

Leading to ……..  yes you’ve guessed it ….  High staff turnover.
